This week we will continue our Cold War unit by looking at the rise and fall of the Berlin Wall. You will examine this key event form 2 perspectives: The democratic/capitalist West German perspective and the USSR controlled Communist East German perspective. 1. Watch the "May 11: Berlin Wall Lesson" 2. Watch the documentary on YouTube "History of the Berlin Wall" 3. Complete the "May 11 - Berlin Wall Perspective assignment" where you will write about the creation of the Berlin wall from both perspectives.
